By downloading or using FlipFrame, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
FlipFrame is a dual-camera video recording app for iPhone. You may use it for personal and commercial video recording purposes. You are responsible for all content you create with FlipFrame.
Subscriptions and Purchases
FlipFrame offers optional in-app purchases managed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
Intellectual Property
FlipFrame and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlipFrame and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all videos and content you create using the app.
Disclaimer of Warranties
FlipFrame is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
